Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orca Dashboard ("Orca", "we", "us") at orcadashbord.com. By creating an account or using Orca, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orca.

The service

Orca helps you track purchase orders, buying-group payouts, and resale profit. It can import order and receipt details from a connected Gmail account and match Buying Group receipts to your orders. Orca is currently invite-only and requires an access code to use.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Orca.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
• Access codes are for the people they were given to. Do not share or publish them.
• Only connect email accounts that you own or are authorized to access.

Your data

You keep ownership of the information you provide or import. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Orca for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of imported information

Order details, receipt matches, payouts, and profit figures are generated automatically from emails and may be incomplete or wrong, for example if a retailer or Buying Group changes its email format. Review imported orders and check figures against your own records before relying on them. Orca is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Orca for anything unlawful, or to violate any retailer's, buying group's, or other third party's rights or terms.
• Try to access other users' accounts or data, or bypass the access-code requirement or other security measures.
• Interfere with or overload the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Third-party services

Orca relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail), Clerk, Neon, and Vercel. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Orca at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but Orca may occasionally be unavailable.

Ending your use

You can stop using Orca at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@orcadashbord.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer

Orca is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Orca and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Orca. Our total liability for any claim relating to Orca is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Orca after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
