How Orca Dashboard uses your Gmail

Retailers and buying groups send every order confirmation and receipt by email. Instead of asking for your retailer passwords, Orca Dashboard asks for read-only access to Gmail (the gmail.readonly permission) so it can import those details for you:

It searches only for order confirmation emails from supported retailers and receipt emails from Buying Group, within the number of days you choose.
From those emails it saves the order number, date, product, quantity, prices, and totals, plus Buying Group receipt amounts, so orders can be tracked and matched to payouts.
It never sends, deletes, or changes anything in your mailbox, and never reads or stores other email.
Imported orders wait in a review queue, and nothing counts toward your totals until you confirm it.
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings or from your Google account.

Your data stays yours

Orca Dashboard never asks for retailer passwords or card numbers. Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Gmail access tokens for extra inboxes are encrypted, and you can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
